In 1971, Peter Linley was running the Abbotsford office of the Vancouver firm of McFarlane, Gaff & Williamson. With a dedication to and fondness for the Fraser Valley and the rapidly growing community of Abbotsford, on September 1, 1971 Larry Duignan joined Peter Linley to form the successor law firm of Linley Duignan.
